WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
You will need to bring a pilates/ yoga mat, a small towel to support your head and some energy! You may wish to bring a drink or snack with you.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
I recommend that you wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move and exercise in, such as leggings and a tshirt.
AM I ABLE TO GET A REFUND FOR MISSED CLASSES?
Unfortunately some people will miss a class due to unforeseen circumstances and it is not possible to offer one off refunds. If a class is cancelled by JC Pilates refunds or class credits will be given at your preference.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Please note pilates courses must be paid in full and in advance. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 14 days of the course starting. Physiotherapy and 1:1 pilates cancellations must be given at least 24 hours notice by email otherwise refunds will not be issued.
