WHAT IS PILATES?

Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on building strength and flexibility throughout the whole body. It requires concentration to move the body with control. The focus of Pilates is moving, rather than static postures and allows you to feel connected and in control of your body. At JCPhysio&Pilates I am pleased to offer Physiotherapist-Led Pilates Classes.
